I keep telling myself next week…
Next week something will inspire me to start writing…
Next week I will make my first post…
Next week I will break out my Gregg Reference Manual to
help me proof my writing…
This has been going on now for a few months. I keep telling myself I have to find the
inspiration to write. Well, inspirations
have come and gone. I have had plenty of
opportunities to document them. It’s not
the inspiration to write but the part where I have to actually sit down and
make the time to write. I decided
tonight it’s not next week… It’s this
week. This is the week I will make my
first post. Today I will make my first
post.
Hang in there with me!
I am still trying to navigate my way through the site and figure this
thing out. If you are reading this, I
was successful! Phew, baby steps…
I hope to be able to express my creativity as it unfolds
in the coming days, weeks, months, years…
Who knows! That’s not all though
- That Gregg Reference Manual I mentioned a few lines up is coming out! I also hope to strengthen my grammar skills in the
process. Structure of the English language
never was my favorite class.
The hard parts over!
I made my first post. Stay tuned…
You did it! You are here! Starting a blog is empowering - to document life, the silly little moments, the scary adventures, the sad and frustrating times. Whatever it may be, but writing seems to help you through the ups and downs of life and it's a way to remember!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you stop by my blog and I'm glad to get to know you a little better through your blog!
Welcome to the writing world! You have arrived in style! :)
Ditto to what Michelle said. I can remember that first time I hit the "Publish" button. I kept thinking that it was silly, but once the creative juices get flowing, you will enjoy the time you spend writing. I will look forward to reading more from you. Love ya, Judy
